The German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI GmbH), with facilities in Kaiserslautern, Saarbrücken, Bremen, and a project office in Berlin, is Germany's leading research center in the area of innovative software technology for commercial application. FBK  Fondazione Bruno Kessler is a research organization of the Autonomous Province of Trento. It was created on 1 March 2007 and inherits the activities of the Istituto Trentino di Cultura (ITC). The foundation promotes research in the areas of science, technology, and humanities. As specifically regards Scientific and Technological Research, several Research Units operate within the two centers of Information Technology and Material and Microsystems. |
